Your role will include:
Responsibility for implementing, leading, and managing projects in ERP systems with an emphasis on financial and business processes. The role includes working with business users, analyzing needs, defining solutions, leading implementation and deployment processes, managing interfaces with vendors and IT stakeholders, and providing full support throughout the project lifecycle — from the requirements stage through go-live and ongoing support. This includes:
- Leading end-to-end ERP projects in financial domains
- Defining business and financial processes with finance and management stakeholders
- Implementing and deploying financial modules in ERP systems
- Conducting gap analysis and providing system-based solutions
- Writing functional specification documents and test scenarios
- Managing interfaces with development, integration, BI, and external vendor teams
- Supporting users, conducting training, and assisting with change management and adoption processes
- Managing work plans, tracking tasks, risks, and timelines
- Leading system testing, UAT, and go-live
- Improving and optimizing financial and business processes within the organization
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Accounting / Business Administration or another relevant field – required
- At least 5 years of experience implementing ERP systems and financial systems – required
- Experience in project management in the field of information systems – required
- Significant experience working with financial processes: bookkeeping, procurement, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets, etc. – required
- Experience writing functional specification documents – required
- Experience working with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority, ETAFNIT, etc. – advantage
- Experience in public institutions / academic institutions / large organizations – advantage
- Familiarity with integration processes and interfaces – advantage
- Familiarity with project management methodologies – advantage
- Ability to lead processes with business users and managers
- Systemic understanding and ability to analyze business processes
- Experience working with vendors and technology stakeholders
