Your role will include:
Responsible for coordinating and managing the Institute's Occupational Health Services activities, in accordance with the National Health Insurance Law, the Occupational Safety Ordinance, and Institute policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating pre-employment medical examinations for employees and students, including receiving referrals from the Human Resources Division and the Feinberg Graduate School, scheduling medical examinations, and following up on occupational physician approvals.
- Coordinating and monitoring periodic medical surveillance examinations for employees exposed to occupational risk factors, as required by law, including employees working with ionizing radiation and in hazardous noise environments.
- Coordinating the Institute's occupational physician services and serving as the primary point of contact for employees and students regarding medical examinations and occupational health consultations.
- Monitoring vaccination validity and ensuring compliance with vaccination requirements based on job responsibilities and Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Planning, coordinating, and administering the Institute's annual breast screening program for employees.
- Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of occupational health services.
Skills and abilities:
- Medical Secretary Certificate – an advantage.
- At least two years of previous experience in a similar role – an advantage.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
