Your role will include:
Lead and advance the Institute's internal communications function, working alongside the Head of Internal Communications and in alignment with the Institute's communications strategy, by creating and delivering engaging content across a variety of communication channels for the Institute's community. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, translating information and key messages into clear and accessible content, maintaining internal communication platforms, and promoting initiatives that enhance the employee experience and the effectiveness of internal communications. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and execution of internal communication plans, while working closely with a broad range of internal clients and stakeholders across the Institute.
- Writing, editing, and distributing content through the Institute's internal communication channels, including newsletters, announcements, articles, and digital content.
- Managing, maintaining, and updating the Institute's internal communication platforms.
- Collaborating with departments and stakeholders across the Institute to gather information and translate complex processes and messages into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Measuring, monitoring, and continuously improving the effectiveness of internal communications.
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field – required.
- At least two years of experience in internal communications, organizational development, or marketing/content writing – required.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Hebrew and English – required.
- Strong familiarity with organizational processes in Human Resources, process and policy implementation, organizational strategy, and organizational culture – a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with academic environments and/or research institutes – an advantage.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and internal communication platforms – an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools for communication and content creation, with a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day work.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences, alongside the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Creative thinking combined with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, initiative, and the ability to lead processes with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
