Automated assignment of SCOP and CATH protein  structure classification from FSSP scores
This site uses continuously updated versions of the CATH, SCOP and FSSP databases.
It was prepared by Alina Starovolsky Shitrit and Gad Getz.

4325 proteins were predicted for CATH classification, 96 proteins were predicted for SCOP classification and 47 for both CATH and SCOP.
