Participation in the school is free and open to all interested.
Grants for selected participants are available via the NOTICE COST action as a financial support to travel and local costs (payment of € 700 as lump sum refund after attending the school).
Please note that according to the COST rules trainees eligible to be reimbursed from all COST countries (full list of COST countries can be found in http://www.cost.eu/about_cost/cost_countries)
Candidates should apply using the website application form and send a short motivation letter plus academic CV (max. one page each).

Visa to Israel
Israel has visa exemption agreements with many countries - for visits of up to 90 days
Most Europeans/Americans do not require an entry visa for Israel.
