One can fly to Stockholm Arlanda (main international airport) from many central European cities or directly from Northern America or Asia.

Train departure frequently from Arlanda airport to Stocholm Train central and takes 20 minutes.

Busses also operate with 10-15 min intervals between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm (with additional stops in St Eriksplan, close to Karolinska Institute campus and hotels). Buss schedules are available here: http://flygbussarna.se/en
The AULA MEDICA
The meeting will take place in the new Aula Medica on the Karolinska Institite, campus Solna (Nobels väg 6), in the Erling Persson Hall. This spectacular building was completed in 2013 and is a treat to the eye. Pictures can be found here:
