Registration

Dear Attendees, Registration to FRISNO 15 is now open. You can proceed by connecting to the dedicated CNRS website:

In English:   https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR02/inscription/

In French:   https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR02/inscription/fr

A pre-registration step is first required by which you will detail your identity and your category as a registrant. Your pre-registration will be confirmed within 24 hours maximum and most probably less. You will be able then to complete your registration, chose the options among those proposed and proceed to the payment. Financial support is limited to students and must be approved by the organizers after application (frisno@inserm.fr). Room sharing is the rule for Juniors, Seniors have the option to choose a specific category comprizing single room accomodation, through one of the supplements proposed. If you plan to share a room with an identified person (single sharing a room or accompanied attendee) please send the information to the conference email (frisno@inserm.fr). This will allow us to cross-check the information. Most attendees will arrive on March 24 and leave on March 29. A shuttle service will be organized these days from (March 24) and to (March 29) Geneva Airport, Switzerland, and similarly from and to Modane TGV train station on the same dates. For attendees arriving or leaving at different dates or at unexpected times, please inform us of your planned schedule. Regular bus time-table can be found here (http://www.aussois.com). Otherwise contact us, we will reserve a taxi. A series of options (called supplements) is provided during the second step which we encourage you to consider. They concern:

  1. The request of a single room, preferentially reserved to Seniors,
  2. The transfer by bus from and to Geneva Airport on March 24 and March 29, 2019 respectively,
  3. The particular request for Kosher or vegetarian meals (no additional fees),
  4. The participation to a trekking excursion (no additional fees) Payment is allowed only by credit card, international bank transfer or order on reception of the invoice produced and the email sent after completion of your registration.

The conference is organized so as to provide afternoons free from 13:00 until 17:00, allowing for ski activities, informal discussions or both. The Centre provides facilities for renting ski material and buying ski passes. Additional information can be found on Centre Paul Langevin  and Aussois village official website.

An afternoon trekking excursion is planned most probably on Thursday March 28. We encourage you to make most of your reservations during registration. We wish you a pleasant interesting and Symposium.
