COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS/POSTDOCS WHO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Students/Postdocs who submit an abstract for poster presentation will receive complimentary registration and will only be required to pay for their accommodation package if required.

Registration Rates
 

Fee for participants includes: program and abstract book, admittance to scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee/refreshments at breaks, lunches, refreshments during the poster session, as well as participation in the half day tour and festive dinner.

* - Proof of status is required at the time of registration
   - Students/Postdocs who submit an abstract for poster presentation will receive complimentary registration and will only be required to pay for their accommodation package if required.

Local participants will be charged in local currency (Israel Shekels) at the rate of exchange on the day of transaction including VAT.

Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and meeting name (Molecular Electronics) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
Prior to February 1, 2015 - full refund less US$50 bank charges
After February 1, 2015 and before May 1, 2015 – 50% refund
After May 2, 2015 – no refund
