Welcome to my website! 1) We study germ line and somatic changes that underlie developmental processes and human cancer. We use recombinant DNA methodology to generate mouse models for human diseases with emphasis on FGF receptors. 2) We also perform genome-wide expression analyses, obtained by oligo microarrays, to study p53 function, apoptotitc and antiapoptotic genes, human ES and adult stem cell genes, and their relationship to human cancer.
