Terms of Use and Copyright

Weizmann Libraries website are subject to Weizmann Institute's standard Terms of Use.

Materials contained in the website are protected by copyrights of the Weizmann Institute or of third parties.

These rights apply to texts, pictures, illustrations, maps, audio and video materials, graphics and program applications (hereinafter: "the protected material").

The protected materials are permitted to make "fair use" only for personal, educational and non-commercial use.

Such fair use includes quoting from the protected material in a reasonable manner.

When quoting from the protected material, the user must attribute the source of the quotation.

The user is forbidden to distort or change the material, or any other action that results in lowering the value of the protected material, or which is liable to harm the copyright owner.

Subject to the law of copyright, no content may be copied, distributed, published or used in any way, in whole or in part, without prior written agreement from the copyright owner, the Weizmann Institute or another party.

In certain cases, the Weizmann Libraries may issue a copy of a work, or part thereof, for research purposes or personal use, according to the fair use directives.

Copying will be limited to making single copies of a reasonable number of individual Items.
