m6A-seq2 method paper published in Nature Methods!

Multiplexed m6A profiling and computational analysis

The study, led by David Dierks, describes m6A-seq2, a multiplexed, cost-efficient approach for measuring m6A, dramatically increasing the scale at which m6A can be interrogated. The analytical framework allows estimating m6A levels at three critical resolutions: site, gene and sample.
