OVERVIEW

Visiting Scientists and Lab. Visitors are entitled to a maximum stay of 24 months in our housing.

Apartments are allocated based on availability.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, the earlier you make arrangements, the more likely it is that we can accommodate your requests comfortably.

The apartments are self-catering and fully furnished.  You will receive confirmation of your address and telephone number 7 days prior to your arrival.

Our office is happy to rent you additional bedding sets for a small fee, we can also recommend cleaning services - simply ask in our office.

RENTAL RATES (correct as of 1 Feb. 2014)

Please note that the rates below are for a minimum of 1 month rental - for visits shorter than this, your host can advise you of rates.  The rates include:

Utilities (electricity; gas; water); telephone; WiFi; cable TV; building maintenance and municipal taxes.

• 1 bedroom: 3,400 shekels per month
• 2 bedroom: 3,800 shekels per month
• 3 bedroom: 4,200 shekels per month
