On receipt of business requirements, we set up each project in full accordance with Institute needs, and so as to ensure its success - from preliminary phases and all the way to final delivery.

The work process involves the following stages:

• Business needs and requirements refinement - this step includes meetings with relevant organizational parties, to clarify business and technological requirements, and to define problems/needs in depth.
• Technological solution formulation - on collecting all information, a technological solution is tailored to both system and Institute requirements.
• Off-the-shelf product designation (if required) - should the technological solution formulated require acquisition of external software or systems, a selection process is conducted, to identify products on the market that best suit the defined needs. This phase also includes solution implementation process leadership in collaboration with external technology providers, integration with existing systems, and precise adaptation of the solution to defined needs and requirements.
• Final solution delivery - on completion of technological implementation and verification, the solution is transferred to users for acceptance testing, and is ultimately brought online.
