As part of this commitment, Prof. Meital Oren serves as Head of Student and Postdoctoral Emergency Response and Resilience. In this role, she works with School leadership, faculty, and support services to strengthen preparedness, coordinate response efforts during emergencies, and develop initiatives that promote the well-being and resilience of the student and postdoctoral community.
Support Structure
This new role complements the School’s existing academic and well-being support structure. Academic matters will continue to be managed by the School’s academic team, while ongoing well-being support will remain under the responsibility of the Head of Student and Postdoctoral Well-Being Section and the School’s social worker.
