Research Areas

Structural Biology (protein-protein interactions, structure function relationship, quaternary structure of large multisubunit complexes)

Investigating the composition, stoichiometry, structural arrangement, and dynamics of large protein complexes involved the protein degradation pathway (proteasome, signalosome, PAN, Clp complexes)

Biological Mass Spectrometry (mass spectrometry of intact macromolecular complexes, analysis and development)
