The Life Sciences faculties of the Weizmann Institute of Science
will be holding an Open Day on
Monday, May 12, 2008

The Life Sciences Open day is an excellent opportunity for getting a broader vision of the biological activity performed in the institute.  Each research group (including groups from the faculties of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Computer Sciences, and from the Feinberg Graduate School who work on research projects related to the Life Sciences) is invited to present the work of their laboratory as a poster and an abstract, which will be available on line. The Scientific Program will include two plenary lectures featuring distinguished speakers, a poster session and demonstrations of technology and methodology infrastructure centers in the institute.

Abstract and Figures Submission

Please pay careful attention to the instructions page. We have prepared a Word template file that can be downloaded and filled with your information. Send your abstract as an attachment by e-mail to life.science@weizmann.ac.il. Abstracts that do not respect the instructions or size limits will not be accepted for processing and will not be included on the website. For instructions on how to submit your abstract please see Abstract Submission or download the template file.
Please attach the figures as separate jpeg files in addition to the Word file
Deadline for abstract submission is February 15^th.
We will not issue any reminders, and it is the sole responsibility of the group leaders to submit abstracts by the deadline.
