The Help Desk (Moked) is meant to serve as a single contact point for all inquiries.
The Help Desk phone (ext. 4444) is open for questions from 8:30 - 16:30 and 8:00 - 13:00 on Fridays. Official WICC policy is to offer assistance only when a valid copy of the software has been installed. For Remote Access problems, you can call from 7:30 until midnight and 8:00 - 13:00 on Fridays. In case of an emergency after hours, leave a message on the voice mail.
