General Informaton

On Sunday, Sept. 2, a bus will leave Rehovot at 3:15pm, stopping at Ben-Gurion airport Terminal 3* at 4pm and reaching Safed by approximately 6pm. (*after passing customs, enter the Arrivals Hall and walk to the right. There is a sign for "Meeting Point". One of the organizers will be there to meet the group).

On Friday, Sept. 7, a bus will leave Safed at 11am, arriving at Ben-Gurion airport at about 1pm and reach Rehovot by about 1:45pm.

Scientific Sessions will begin Sunday night, Sept. 2. Monday-Thursday there will scientific sessions (approximately) from 9:00-13:00 and from 19:30-21:30, and Friday from 9-12:00.

Afternoons will be left free for discussions and recreation, including some subset of the following: rafting on the Jordan river, regional hikes in the canyons, a wine tour, bicycle riding in the area of the Sea of Galilee, and cultural activities (music, art, history) connected with Safed and the Galilee.
