    Main Dishes: Skinless tilapia Chraime with dried peppers and preserved lemon, grill-spiced salmon on a bed of diced tomatoes and garlic, vegan stuffed peppers with lentils, herbs and plant-based beef, and the Chef's lasagna.

    Side dish: Baby potatoes in spices, seasonal vegetable antipasti, couscous, and vegetable soup for couscous.

    Salads: A selection including lettuce salad with caramelized roasted pears and toasted almonds, Israeli vegetable salad, and pasta salad with herbs, steamed leeks, sun-dried cherry tomatoes, crushed walnuts, and parmesan.
