Restaurants on campus include:

Our restaurant operators are chosen by tender, according to the Tenders Law.
The restaurants are managed under the auspices of a professional committee composed of representatives from the scientific, student, administrative and management sectors.

As part of the supervisory process, in addition to much-appreciated regular input from workers and students in the field, microbe checks are performed once a month, at different times, by a certified outside company. There is also a monthly inspector who presents the Institute with a monthly report, ensuring compliance with sanitation rules and maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Note that some of the prices of foods sold in the restaurants are under price supervision.  Details of these prices are included in the price lists in this site.

When you submit an online form to order refreshments via the Restaurants website, a purchase order to Tafnit will be interactive and automatically generated. The order will be sent to the restaurant, with a copy to you.
When you submit a request to reserve the VIP room in San Martin via the Restaurants website, the request will be sent to the Guest House and then, after being approved, a purchase order to Tafnit will be automatically generated. The order will be sent to the restaurant, with a copy to you.
The supplier is supposed to confirm the booking by return mail.

The restaurants honor the  Eat Go  service, by which you can pay for your meal with your employee / student card.
