Late check-out | Incurs an additional charge, and must be pre-arranged with the reception office. From 10:00-14:00 - a charge of 50% of the room rate. After 14:00 – full room rate will be charged. |

Collection of room keys outside of office hours | The guest must identify himself at the front gate of the Institute in order to be allowed entry, and he will be escorted to the guesthouse where he will receive an envelope with his name containing the key. |
