The department consists of six units that provide a large variety of technical services and support including mechanical design, mechanical workshops, scientific glass blowing and scientific instrument maintenance that enable the scientists, researchers and students to get the best, creative and immediate solutions for their research.
These high level technical capabilities derive directly from the vast experience of our skilled technicians and their long-standing relationships with the Institute scientists combined with the use of modern and diverse equipment.
