Your role will include:
Computational Research Assistant for an RNA Regulation Research Lab

Development of software and data analysis using advanced methods.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team aiming to understand how cells use chemical modifications on RNA to regulate intracellular expression, and to leverage these insights for RNA-based medicine.
Skills and abilities:

Degree in Bioinformatics / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / a relevant field – mandatory

At least two years of experience in computational biological research – mandatory

Proficiency in programming languages Python or R – mandatory

Experience in evolution, genomics, RNA, and NGS analysis – advantage

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
