Your role will include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, including multi-participant sessions
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Providing administrative support and service to the research group
  • Handling personnel matters for the research group
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organizing and coordinating international travel
  • Assisting in organizing seminars, conferences, lectures, events, and welfare activities
  • Submitting purchase orders
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports/letters: grant reports, recommendation letters, committees, etc.

Skills and abilities:

  • Academic degree – mandatory; Master’s degree – an advantage
  • Experience in office management or a senior secretarial role – an advantage
  • Academic background in Life Sciences – an advantage
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and work in a computerized environment
  • Experience editing scientific manuscripts – an advantage
  • Experience organizing scientific conferences – an advantage
  • High-level English (writing, editing, and speaking) – mandatory
  • High-level Hebrew (writing, editing, and speaking) – mandatory
