Your role will include:

  • Planning, managing, and operating recognition elements in new buildings on campus and on the major donors' wall
  • Documenting narrative information about donors and centers in the CRM system and on the Institute's website
    Producing plaques, certificates, and gifts for donors
  • Transcribing, documenting, and consolidating summaries of management meetings with donors and distributing them, preparing donor profiles for the Institute's management
  • Implementing departmental procedures and coordinating contractual commitments related to recognition
  • Working with various departments at the Institute and external vendors
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills and abilities:

  • Academic degree / Certified Engineer / Certified Technician - required
  • Technological orientation and proficiency in Office applications
  • Native-level fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Organizational skills, accuracy, and responsibility
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new subject areas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High-level service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
