Your role will include:
- Planning, managing, and operating recognition elements in new buildings on campus and on the major donors' wall
- Documenting narrative information about donors and centers in the CRM system and on the Institute's website
Producing plaques, certificates, and gifts for donors - Transcribing, documenting, and consolidating summaries of management meetings with donors and distributing them, preparing donor profiles for the Institute's management
- Implementing departmental procedures and coordinating contractual commitments related to recognition
- Working with various departments at the Institute and external vendors
- Performing additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills and abilities:
- Academic degree / Certified Engineer / Certified Technician - required
- Technological orientation and proficiency in Office applications
- Native-level fluency in Hebrew and English
- Organizational skills, accuracy, and responsibility
- Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new subject areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-level service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
