Your role will include:

  • Ongoing management of the office and laboratory, including phone support, purchase orders, procurement of materials and equipment, invoice approval, and handling correspondence and mail.
  • Providing administrative support to laboratory members.
  • Assisting in the organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, lectures, events, and welfare activities.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the laboratory website.
  • Working with multiple internal and external interfaces within the institute and with external partners.

Skills and abilities:

  • At least two years of experience in an administrative role – mandatory.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel – mandatory.
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken – mandatory.
  • High-level proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory.
  • Academic education – an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multi-interface environment and in organizing scientific conferences – an advantage.
