The Minerva-Weizmann Workshop on Active Sensing in Touch, Smell, and Vision will take place at Schmidt hall, at the Weizmann Institute for Science, Rehovot, Israel, during the first week of December 2008, between December 2nd and December 5th.

Workshop objective
The main purpose of the workshop is to conduct intensive discussions about complementary aspects of active sensing, and compare principles of active sensing across modalities.

Travel awards
We shall fully cover accommodations for our invited speakers and one of their students as well as travel expenses up to the sum of 500 and 250 Euro, respectively. Applications for extra financial support should be submitted here - we will do our best based on the accumulated expenses.
