Visibility and Cleanliness

In August 2012 structural changes were made in the Housekeeping Department (today – the Visibility and Environment Branch).  The Department was divided into four areas, with a manager for each area.  Each area is managed as an independent unit, with its own permanent staff.

As a result of the change, there is a daily contact between the staff and the customers.
