Trombone
Neta Massad
Neta is a Master's student passionate about plant sciences. Became a trombone player at 14 simply because it was the only instrument left. Despite his initial hesitation, he now serenades his plants (and co-workers) with trombone tunes, convinced that the brass's vibrations might give them a microbial boost.
Tyler Skogen
An MSc student at the Weizmann Institute from Saskatchewan studying organic synthetic chemistry, Tyler has been playing music since he could form memories. He also plays piano, bass guitar, trumpet and alto saxophone, but trombone is his undisputed favorite.
A member of the Weizmann Institute Orchestra since 2025, he enjoys to opportunity to make beautiful music in a friendly environment.
