Our lab's interests revolve around three major themes:
- Photosynthetic machineries
- Nucleocytoplasmic transport
- Protein folding and binding
To study these we combine different approaches and methodologies including conventional and single-molecule biophysical methods, statistical mechanical modeling, biochemical and molecular biology techniques and state-of-the-art electron microscopy.
