AWARD MECHANISMS: The IAS is offering grants for organizing conferences that may be hosted by the IAS, or together with the Israel Science Foundation (ISF). Scholars and scientists from academic institutions in Israel and abroad are invited to submit a proposal to the Academic Committee. (The Academic Committee will be in touch with outside experts as needed.) The duration of each conference is approximately three to seven days. SCIENTIFIC AREAS: All research topics and fields of study are eligible. SUBMISSION DATE(S): 15 December 2011. MODE OF APPLICATION: Guidelines and forms are available here.
