AWARD MECHANISM: The ISEF's mission is to promote equal opportunity and reduce social gaps in Israeli society by helping high-potential students from economically challenged families pursue higher education, by encouraging their academic excellence and social committment.

The ISEF PhD and Postdoc fellowship program - Israel: provides social support to doctoral and postdoc fellows and ISEF alumni, theoretic and academic training through monthly workshops, and supports fellow research as needed. ₪18,000 per year for PhD students.
The ISEF PhD and Postdoc fellowship program abroad: its mission is to enable exceptional, economically challenged students with a social-leadership background, to study in prestegious institutions abroad.
