SUBMISSION DATE(S):
Letter of Intent - 18 July 2011 - to USAMRMC.
Full Application - 25 July 2011 - to the RGP (to reach USAMRMC by 1 August 2011).

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the US Army's online submission system via Grants.gov and the subsequent automated application checks, which in certain cases require SEVERAL SUBMISSION ITERATIONS before the application is finally accepted for review (based on RGP past experience with submissions via Grants.gov), it is imperative that you submit all relevant documents to the RGP Office for review TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE! Failure to comply with this request may result in our inability to process the application in time for submission!

MODE OF APPLICATION: The application must be prepared according to explicit guidelines issued by the USAMRMC. Electronic submission of proposals is required; no paper copy submissions will be accepted. Letters of Intent must be submitted electronically via the CDMRP eReceipt Online Proposal Submission site. The website contains all the information, forms, documents, and links you will need to apply. Please make sure to provide the RGP with a copy of your Letter of Intent after submission. The Full Proposal must be submitted electronically through Grants.gov. The SF424 electronic application package should be downloaded from the Grants.gov website (please contact the RGP if you have trouble locating the relevant package), completed, and submitted to the RGP. The RGP will review the application to ensure it is complete and has been properly filled in, and will submit it via Grants.gov. Note: you will need the appropriate software in order to open and complete the application package downloaded via Grants.gov.
