Dr. Dorit Rozner, PhD (The Kitchen Hub) shared how foodtech startups are built within an incubator model - what support looks like, how companies are selected, and how the platform helps teams de-risk and accelerate.

Dr. Yuval Gilad (FreezeM) shared the story of a Weizmann-born company that has grown into a unique model of its own. Now comprising 25 employees in Israel with very promising results! and walked us through the twists, turns, and lessons learned along the way.
