Session 4 focused on market & competitive analysis and building IP literacy:
Dr. Mor Vered unpacked what market analysis and competitive analysis are, why they are important, and shared practical tools to run them - how to scope the space, identify competitors, and translate findings into decisions.
Sheryl Sharon Sabban, Patent Attorney, introduced IP fundamentals - what IP means legally, what a patent looks like, and how to read and evaluate it with an eye to novelty, claims, and freedom to operate.
We closed with hands-on teamwork, applying these methods to our ongoing projects and running real market & competitor evaluations.
