High Performance Computing available in the Department of Chemical Physics

The Chemical Physics Department has at its disposal a part of the Chemistry faculty high performance InfiniBand cluster, Chemfarm. The department members can use dual socket x86 servers with 12 to 48 CPU cores per server and 64 to 384 GB memory per server. Total of 1,500 CPUs and 5.8TB memory. Each machine has an internal 500 GB hard drive for scratch and 30TB space on shared parallel storage system. More information can be found here.
