Furnaces

Furnaces are the backbone of a synthesis lab. They are used for precursor preparation, synthesis, and post growth annealing procedures.  We operate various tube and box furnaces with maximum temperatures between 1100 °C and 1700 °C.

Tube furnaces

Our two zone tube furnaces are used for CVD and CVT, while single zone furnaces are mostly used for annealing materials in various controllable atmospheres.

Box furnaces

Box furnaces are used for flux growth experiments and precursor preparation.
