We are a newly established materials synthesis group, with focus on three research directions: Van der Waals materials and devices, topological materials, and strongly correlated electron systems (SCES). Available positions:
- Van der Waals: synthesis, CVT, flux growth, device fabrication and characterization, electronic transport. Option of scanning probe.
- Topological materials: synthesis, development of new synthesis techniques, topological superconductors, magnetic , transport and magnetic measurements, extreme environments
- Strongly correlated electron systems: synthesis, floating zone method, synchrotron x-ray scattering, extreme environments, cuprates, superconductivity
Postdoctoral positions are available for candidates with extensive experience in these research directions.
