The transcriptional landscape of hermaphrodite and male development in C. elegans

This website was developed based on Haque, R. et al. Nature Communications (2024) to enable simple access to the comparative whole-animal transcriptome atlas for both sexes of the nematode C. elegans from early larva to adulthood.
Enter any C. elegans gene name/s and search by developmental stage and/or sex to receive a comparative graph.

Dimorphic gene expression atlas of hermaphrodite and male development and single-cell transcriptome of the entire nervous system in C. elegans

This website was developed based on Haque, R. et al. Nature Communications (2024) and Haque, R. et al. (2024, submitted) to provide streamlined access to a comparative whole-animal transcriptome atlas for both sexes of the nematode C. elegans across developmental stages, from early larva to adulthood, as well as the single-cell transcriptome of the entire nervous system in hermaphrodites and males at the young adult stage.
