Multi-parametric characterization of drug effects on cells

with the compressed original images for one of the 30 plates of the analysis:
The size of the image data for each plate is 12GB.
The image file format is OME tiffs.
Images for each well are in a directory carrying the well name 
(e.g. [a1, b1, .., a24,... ,p24] for 384 well plates). 
Typically first and last rows and columns are not used
Well directory contains one multiimage tiff for each color 
(e.g. B2_IX_Blue_T1_Z1.ome.tiff),
and the corresponding xml formatted headers 
(e.g. B2_IX_Blue_T1_Z1.xml).

  In addition, the analysis script for Minarva software is supplied,
and the analyzed data of the quantified parameters 
for each segmented cell in all the images for the plate
in Excel format: Data.cvs
The file list the image file name, 
number of columns and rows in plate, and number of images per well (inwell images)
then the quantified parameter names, (39 here)
then for each image, 
column number, row number,  inwell image number, number of segmented cells
followed by the list of quantified parameters for each cell
