One of our key tools is par-seqFISH, a highly multiplexed spatial transcriptomics approach that captures gene expression directly within the native physical context. We are actively developing par-seqFISH and applying it to study microbial collectives.

Single-cell Transcriptomics

Using cellular barcoding, we are applying par-seqFISH to characterize single-cell transcriptomes with subcellular resolution.
