Where are the sessions held
Sessions can be held either virtually (through a video platform combined with Google docs and other electronic accessories) or face-to-face at Tel Aviv University campus (Webb Building, Rooms 210 and 216, accessible within a direct 35-40 minute train ride combined with a short walk), or any combination of the two. To schedule a virtual session, please do not use the online scheduling system, but rather send a message to email@example.com.
How much does it cost
The price for FGS students and postdocs is 120 NIS per hour. It is also possible to purchase a package of 10 hours + 1 free.
FGS students and postdocs will be reimbursed by their PI, after their a priori consent, for a minimum of 3 (three) hours and a maximum of 15 (fifteen). In other words, reimbursement will be possible for no less than three hours and for no more than 15 hours. Please note that there will be no reimbursement for travel costs in any mode (e.g. train, bus or car).
The reimbursement procedure
The student/postdoc will pay directly to CLE through their online system and will keep the receipts. Their full name should be printed on the receipt.
Upon completion of the 1:1 training sessions the student/postdoc will submit the receipts to his/her departmental administrator.
The departmental administrator will transfer the receipts, together with the PI’s KAMAR budget number, to the relevant FGS Fellowship Coordinator: For students – Ms. Dana Yanay; and for postdoctoral fellows – Ms. Adi Mulia.
The FGS will reimburse the student/postdoc through the monthly fellowship.
