The recruitment process is tailored to each position based on its requirements; as such, it consists of various screening and assessment stages.
In some cases, we may opt to begin with a recorded video interview where you answer questions relevant to the position. We will contact suitable candidates thereafter for a phone interview to get to know them, assess their suitability, set expectations, and share more information about the position.
In-person interviews are subsequently conducted with the recruitment team, professional managers, and occasionally, an occupational psychologist. Computerized tests, external assessments at a testing institute, or a professional assignment may also be conducted as necessary. The final stage involves contacting references from previous places of employment, with the applicant's consent.
