Your role will include:

Travel Coordinator specializing in financial processing, to oversee international travel arrangements for scientists and staff at the Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business trips abroad, including conference registration, payments to travel agents, and advance payments
  • Handle post-travel reports: process reimbursements to travelers and hosts
  • Issue periodic financial and travel-related reports
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholder

Skills and abilities:

  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or above, or a Bachelor's degree in Economics – advantage
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping – advantage
  • Experience in the travel industry – advantage
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with the “Tafnit” ERP system – an advantage
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
