Your role will include:
Travel Coordinator specializing in financial processing, to oversee international travel arrangements for scientists and staff at the Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business trips abroad, including conference registration, payments to travel agents, and advance payments
- Handle post-travel reports: process reimbursements to travelers and hosts
- Issue periodic financial and travel-related reports
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholder
Skills and abilities:
- Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or above, or a Bachelor's degree in Economics – advantage
- Previous experience in bookkeeping – advantage
- Experience in the travel industry – advantage
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with the “Tafnit” ERP system – an advantage
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication and service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
