Your role will include:
- Lead techno-pedagogical projects: map, analyze, and define learning, research, and interactive content environments; design technology-based solutions in collaboration with department researchers, content experts, and development, design, support, and training teams to meet defined pedagogical goals.
- Identify and evaluate available educational technologies to enrich learning experiences, supervising their integration into existing educational projects.
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards; document processes via design and specification documents.
- Monitor project budgets: prepare initial quotes, track expenditures, issue alerts for deviations, ensure payments and reconcile revenues versus expenses.
Skills and abilities:
- Academic degree in Educational Technologies and/or Education, and/or project management certification; background in science education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and specifying technology-based educational projects.
- Experience with various educational technologies, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with project management and content development tools – an asset.
- Budget management experience – an asset.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management for procuring essential technological tools – an asset.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Initiative, systemic thinking, and independent leadership of tasks and processes.
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
