Key Responsibilities:
Sanitization: Disinfecting pots, trays, tables, and growth facilities.
Waste Disposal: Efficient removal of organic waste.
Plant Care: Monitoring growth indicators and applying nutritional supplements.
System Maintenance: Routine upkeep and operation of greenhouse systems.
Sanitation Management: Keeping growth rooms clean and organized.
Pest Control: Precise application of pesticides.
Team Support: Assisting team members with various tasks as required.
Skills and abilities:
- Background: Graduate of an agricultural school or previous experience in agriculture – Advantage.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions (heat/cold).
- Work Ethic: Strong teamwork skills alongside the ability to work independently.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
