Your role will include:
We are looking for a student to join the NMR unit as part of an advanced scientific service center, working with research instrumentation and supporting the ongoing activities of the lab.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Operation and routine maintenance of NMR instruments
- Training and assisting users (students and researchers) and providing support for basic issues
- Working with vendors and coordinating service calls
- Handling procurement, orders, and management of consumables inventory
- Working with the ordering system and providing administrative support
- Providing backup to the Head of the Unit and assisting with special projects
Scope of Position:
Up to 120 hours per month, with flexibility in working hours and days
Skills and abilities:
- Student pursuing a degree in science – required
- High learning ability, responsibility, and initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a service-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills
