Your role will include:
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the Retirees' Committee budget and ongoing financial activity
- Performing controls and reporting through the "Tafnit" system for Committee activities such as trips, performances, lectures, refreshments, and office expenses
- Responsible for handling and overseeing purchase orders
- Liaising with internal interfaces and external stakeholders
Skills and abilities:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics / Business Administration
- Administrative orientation including experience with budgets and purchase orders
- Full proficiency in Office applications and the "Tafnit" system – required
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Strong organizational skills, orderliness, and attention to detail
- High level of service orientation and interpersonal communication
- Availability to work morning hours, 2–3 days per week
