Your role will include:

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the Retirees' Committee budget and ongoing financial activity
  • Performing controls and reporting through the "Tafnit" system for Committee activities such as trips, performances, lectures, refreshments, and office expenses
  • Responsible for handling and overseeing purchase orders
  • Liaising with internal interfaces and external stakeholders

Skills and abilities:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Economics / Business Administration
  • Administrative orientation including experience with budgets and purchase orders
  • Full proficiency in Office applications and the "Tafnit" system – required
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
  • Strong organizational skills, orderliness, and attention to detail
  • High level of service orientation and interpersonal communication
  • Availability to work morning hours, 2–3 days per week
