Your role will include:
A structural proteomics service laboratory is seeking a laboratory Research Staff to join the protein expression team working with human and insect cell systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct biochemical analyses, including protein separation techniques.
- Perform routine work with cell cultures, including growth, maintenance, engineering, and experiments for the production and expression of recombinant proteins.
- Prepare solutions and systematically document experiments and results using computerized systems.
- Manage laboratory logistics, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and monitoring laboratory equipment.
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences – required (Master’s degree an advantage).
- Proven experience in sterile laboratory work with cell cultures – required.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
