Your role will include:

Responsible for managing cross-organizational, cross-functional technological and business projects, including projects involving products and solutions from external vendors.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Collecting and analyzing client requirements, understanding business processes, and defining appropriate technological solutions
  • Writing and updating system requirement and specification documents according to project needs
  • Working with UX professionals on the design of project-related screens and user flows
  • Supporting development teams and QA teams, maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, leading go-live processes, and overseeing system implementation and adoption by end users
  • Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the Institute

Skills and abilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis – required
  • Proven experience and demonstrated ability in systems analysis and in managing complex software projects within multi-system environments
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent systemic thinking, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications using technological tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science – advantage
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of service orientation
