Your role will include:
Responsible for managing cross-organizational, cross-functional technological and business projects, including projects involving products and solutions from external vendors.
The role includes, among other things:
- Collecting and analyzing client requirements, understanding business processes, and defining appropriate technological solutions
- Writing and updating system requirement and specification documents according to project needs
- Working with UX professionals on the design of project-related screens and user flows
- Supporting development teams and QA teams, maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, leading go-live processes, and overseeing system implementation and adoption by end users
- Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the Institute
Skills and abilities:
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis – required
- Proven experience and demonstrated ability in systems analysis and in managing complex software projects within multi-system environments
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent systemic thinking, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications using technological tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science – advantage
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of service orientation
