Bina Unit - The Weizmann Institute of Science's Pre-Application Science and Innovation Unit is recruiting an Innovation Analyst - Exact Sciences.

The analyst will examine and conduct in-depth research of scientific projects and new technologies in order to assist the project management team in identifying and leading projects with applied potential.
The role includes:

• Conducting research including literature review of scientific articles, patents, and commercial reports to gather information and identify trends.
• Analysis of scientific information to understand projects and technologies and assess their application potential.
• Analysis of commercial information including market needs, competitors, and trends for the purpose of identifying opportunities and commercial feasibility.
• Integration of data from various information sources.
• Reporting and presenting findings through reports, presentations, and data analysis to project managers.
• Identifying new research at the Weizmann Institute and in Israel, including participation in seminars and lectures, examining collaboration opportunities, and presenting the research to the project management team.
